Cabinet boxes are constructed from 1/2" to 3/4" Grade-A multi-ply furniture plywood with matching finished exteriors and a durable, clear-coat moisture-resistant interior. Plywood construction resists humidity fluctuations, sagging under heavy stone countertops, and water damage far better than big-box particle board.
Drawer boxes are built with 5/8" solid hardwood sides joined with precision interlocking English dovetail joinery. The solid bottom panel is fully captured in dado grooves to support heavy cookware and cast-iron pots with a 75+ lb load rating.
